Marketing Executive

Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Create and manage annual marketing plans and budgets.
- Oversee key marketing functions to ensure the achievement of objectives.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct and evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
- Identify trends and insights to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Manage relationships with media, advertising, and online agencies.
- Optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, Facebook, and Google Advertising.
- Measure campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and objectives.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Brand Management:
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Present marketing strategies and results to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing; specialization in Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Age and Nationality: Thai National, aged between 25-35 years.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing. Experience in the online gaming business is a significant advantage.
Skills
- Proven expertise in e-commerce, SEO, social media, and online advertising (Facebook & Google).
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Communicates well in English.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset balanced with analytical skills and results-oriented approach.
- Adaptable to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data interpretation.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is advantageous.
