Marketing Executive
Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Create and manage annual marketing plans and budgets.
  • Oversee key marketing functions to ensure the achievement of objectives.
Market Analysis:
  • Conduct and evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
  • Identify trends and insights to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Management:
  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with media, advertising, and online agencies.
  • Optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, Facebook, and Google Advertising.
  • Measure campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Brand Management:
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Present marketing strategies and results to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Job Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing; specialization in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Age and Nationality: Thai National, aged between 25-35 years.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing. Experience in the online gaming business is a significant advantage.
Skills
  • Proven expertise in e-commerce, SEO, social media, and online advertising (Facebook & Google).
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Communicates well in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset balanced with analytical skills and results-oriented approach.
  • Adaptable to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data interpretation.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is advantageous.
